Good or Bad Privacy Policy

This document describes how Good or Bad processes your data. It's written in plain English so you could have a full understanding of what we do and what we don't do.
This Policy reflects our Manifesto. We encourage you to check all changes that might happen to this Policy in the future. However, we will make sure that future versions of this document would also conform to the Manifesto, so you can skip this task, if you don't want to spend your time on it and are OK with the Manifesto.
What we collect
We collect data from what you voted for each subject, also if you skipped. This data will be shown anonymously (since we never ask for your name nor address) to every user at the results page.
We collect user data to make our results more interesting. Of this user data only the country is required to be able to continue. All following question can be skipped. Also this data will be shown anonymously (since we never ask for your name nor address) to every user at the results page.
We collect your browser fingerprint data. The browser, the operating system and your browser language is logged on our server. We also log where users do leave our page. This data is collected to improve our platform.
Third party services
We only use the ChatGPT API as a third party, but only by user request. Other than that we only use the services, like sending emails, provided by our hoster Hoststar.
Data storage and hosting
Data infrastructure is hosted at Hoststar – Multimedia Networks AG, Kirchgasse 30, CH-3312 Fraubrunnen. Hoststar uses Servers from Hetzner Online GmbH, which are located in Germany.
Data deletion
As we do store data anonymously, we are not able to delete certain data a user has provided to us.
How we secure your data
All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser.
Place of law
The place of law of our Good or Bad application is in Switzerland.
Cookies
Good or Bad uses cookies and local storage to provide necessary website functionality.

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices.
